Our Full Moon Tea is an Indigo custom blend of organic herbs. It's made of: raspberry leaf, vitex berries, skullcap, marshmallow root, valerian root, chamomile flowers, spearmint and ginger root. It's created with peaceful sleep and/or menstruation support in mind.
Steeping instructions: 1 Tablespoon to 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for three to five minutes.
