On September 22nd, the Autumn Equinox, we will be honoring the changing of the seasons with a sound bath experience at The Oaks Event Hall in Conneaut Lake

( 11951 Pa-618, Conneaut Lake, PA) .

Come together with us and experience a guided meditation for the season, the vibrations of a variety of sacred instruments and the healing energy of reiki.
Our sound bath will be hosted on the lawn at The Oaks if the weather allows, otherwise we will share space inside their beautiful event hall.
These Sunday mornings in community together are perfect for intention setting, healing, and creating serenity.

Following the sound bath, Indigo will be offering one of our custom blended hot teas.

To ensure the most meaningful experience here are some helpful tips:

~ arrive 10-15 minutes early so you will have time to settle in. We will start promptly at 9:00 am
~ bring a blanket, yoga mat and/or pillow so that you will be comfortable on the floor or ground
~ wear comfortable clothing
~ phones can be distracting and disruptive , please leave your cell phone and/or smart watch in your car
~ open your heart and mind to the experience without expectations
